Shipping & Returns

Free Next Day Delivery* (FNDD)

All iPhone 4, 5 and SE model screens are NOT available for FNDD. This includes chargers, cables and repair kits.
All iPhone 6 model screens and above are available for FNDD.

For FNDD Orders to be successful and delivered on-time, Orders must be made before 2pm EST Cut-off time during working hours. Orders to W.A & TAS may take longer. FNDD offers fall under GSR non-liability.
 

General Shipping & Returns (GSR)

Orders are generally sent via Auspost Standard & Express Post, Which are trackable online through Auspost's website. You will be able to view your order details via our confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Special Circumstances post via courier(s), Standard post, International post and any other Postage option not limited to Auspost - Express Post, will have varying delivery times. We can provide approximate delivery times but no guarantees.

iScreenFix will make all reasonable efforts to have the Goods delivered to the Customer or its designated agent as agreed between the parties pursuant to the Order on or before the estimated delivery date iScreenFix is not liable for:
 

(i) any failure to deliver; or
(ii) delay in delivery for any reason; or
(iii) any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or except to the extent that such damage was caused by the negligent act or omission of iScreenFix, including such damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the Goods.
(iv) You acknowledge that any delivery date prescribed under the order or iScreenFix is an estimate of the expected delivery time and in any interpretation is not a guaranteed delivery time.


Lost or Damaged Item
 

In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us Page or call our Tech Support Line.
 

If your order has taken longer than 15 Business days we will issue a refund.
 

Australia Post require 15 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.
 

- Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out. 

- We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address. 

- We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Australia Post. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re posting.
 

My Order has not Arrived Yet
 

There are a number of reasons for this:
 

  • Lost mail

  • Delayed mail

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • No calling card left by postal contractor
     

If an item takes longer than 28 days to arrive we’ll refund the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please email us so we can get this sorted for you.
 

  • We do not refund for change of mind, exchanges are welcome.

  • If your item is faulty or damaged we shall proceed with a repair /or and exchange at no cost to you.

  • If your item is not repairable or exchangeable, you will be issued with a refund.

  • Please always email us and obtain a return reference number before you return anything back to us. All the return without a return reference number will be charged 10% restocking fee, regardless of the return reasons.

  • We will charge you a 10% restocking fee unless your returned items are faulty or incorrect and you have a reference number from us.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. We will pay for the replacement shipping cost.

  • All items must be returned to us before a refund or a replacement is issued.

  • We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item.

  • All goods will be inspected on return as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.

  • Please put your order details including order number, return reference number, return reasons and your contact information together with your returned items.

  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. We strongly advice you to put the returned items in the polystyrene box we sent to you(especially for LCDs).

  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
