  • 1. Are your items used or new?.
    All of our products are brand new, authentic after-market parts and have passed high quality "Q.C." Quality Control Testing. Our range of iPhone phones are Preowned and /or Refurbished.
     

  • 2. Can the item be inspected before purchase?

  • 3. Can I get a wholesale price if I purchase a large volume of multiple items?
    Yes, you certainly can. Please contact us via email, web form or by phone.

  • 1. How long will it take to get my item?

  • 2. Where are the items posted from?
    We post from Wollongong, Australia.
     

  • 3. Do you offer international postage?
    At present, we only ship within Australia.
     

  • 4. To save shipping costs, can I pick the purchase from your warehouse?
    Yes, you can. Kindly call first to make an appointment before coming for pickup. However, we cannot give any discount for pick up and price is the same as that at website.
     

  • 5. How soon will my items be dispatched?
    Once your payment is cleared, the items will be dispatched.

    • Website: Same Day

    • PayPal: 1 - 2 business days.

    • Bank deposit: 2 - 4 business days
       

  • 6. I am not home. What happens to my items?
    The courier will either contact you on your contact phone number or leave a calling card, and can co-ordinate delivery with you from that point. For items sent via Australia Posts eParcel courier service, a card will be left in your letterbox to allow collection from the post office.
     

  • 7. Do you offer express post?
    Yes, it is our main option and comes standard* T&C Apply
     

  • 8. How do I track my items?
    Orders are sent via Australia Post. If orders sending by letters which is not trackable. If orders sending by eparcel which is trackable. You will be able to view your order details through our website with the tracking number.Tracking numbers with Australia Post & can be tracked on www.auspost.com.au/track

  • 1. What are your payment methods?
    We accept the following: Cash | PayPal | MasterCard | Visa
     

  • Please note that all payments are allocated from Monday – Friday during standard BUSINESS HOURS. (10.00a.m. - 5.00p.m. AEST) (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
     

  • 3. It appears my item still shows as unpaid?

  • Please note that payment clearing and allocation times are as follows:

    • PayPal 1 - 2 days

    • PayPal eCheque 5-7 days

    • Electronic Transfer/Bank Deposit 3-5 days

    At times, things do get missed, to speed things up, please send through:

  • 4. Can I combine postage on my items?
    At present, we do not offer combined postage. However, we do offer efficient dispatch and delivery of your items.
     

Returns information
 

  • 1. What is the return policy?
    Our First Course of Action is Exchange or Repair, If a satisfactory solution is still not achieved then We will accept returns for a refund. Items must be returned within: 14 days. Refunds will be given as money back. The buyer pays for return postage. Please refer to our Return Policy in detail as there are conditions for return.
     

  • 2. What are your warranty terms?
    Phone cases/ mobile accessories have 3 months warranty, camera or any appliances come with a 6 month guarantee, iPhone Phones are by negotiation and vary between models.
     

    • * Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty

    • * All "Included" accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by this warranty.

If you are not satisfied with your item purchase, please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. We prefer to clear any misunderstanding which may arise.
 

  • 1. Can I cancel my order after purchase?
    Due to automation, it may be too late to cancel the order once you have paid for it. Please Contact Us immediately in the event you need to cancel your order.
     

  • 2. Delivery is not complete; I have missing items/parts. What happens?
    Boxes can be separated during transit. If you do not receive your remaining items within 2-3 business days, please Contact Us. Also, if your items have small parts, check the packaging carefully as at times, they are packed separately within the box.
